OUT OF HOURS ASSISTANCE

If you have had an incident that needs urgent assistance out of our office hours, you can report the claim directly to the Insurance Company. Here is a step by step on how to do this:

  1. Get your current Insurance details to hand which will include a Policy Schedule. This will show you your Insurance Company and your Policy Number – these are vital to be able to report the claim
  2. Find the claims contact number from either the list below or from your Policy Documentation we have sent you (the number is usually found in the policy wording)
  3. Report the claim to the Insurer providing full details of the incident. The Insurers will then provide you with a Claims number and will advise you what the next step is
  4. Please then ring our office as soon as possible to report the claim to us, with the Insurers claims number, so we can then look to handle your claim going forward.
